Finca Sofia is a high-class holiday home with four bedrooms and a private pool, situated on a spacious and very well-kept estate. Located about 250m away from the main building, you will enjoy maximum privacy on the spacious estate. With beautiful natural stone walls on the outside and high quality and natural materials inside. Plastered walls, wooden beam ceilings and a combination of minimalistic design and cosy elements create an atmosphere of well-being. At the heart of the finca is the wonderful fireplace. The living room offers several sofas, a dining area and thanks to the large windows, you have a great view to the dreamlike garden. You can also enjoy your meals on the large outside terrace where you will find another dining table, with great views to the countryside. All four bedrooms are cosily furnished with a combination of design elements and traditional furniture. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, the other two with two single beds. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there is another guest bathroom by the lounge area, as well as a toilet at the pool in the annex pool house.

The house is just five minutes from Porto Cristo on the east side of the island and about 15 minutes from the busy town of Manacor, perfectly located to access the areas nice restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. Situated on a 40,000 m2 sunny plot with direct sea views of Porto Cristo. The house is surrounded by vast lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, various fruit trees and evergreen bushes. There is a great outdoor area with a huge pool (12m x 6m) ready for a dip at any time (can be heated in the cooler months), as well as three yoga areas. In addition, there is a chipping/putting green available free of charge within the grounds for golf enthusiasts (equipment not included). The villa has eight bedrooms distributed over two floors, with air conditioning and heating throughout all living areas and bedrooms.
